Both parties will adhere to the principles of “resource sharing, complementary strengths, and win-win cooperation,” focusing on concerted efforts in five key areas:

• Establish stable supply-and‑demand relationships in the refined oil sector to enhance energy supply-chain efficiency: The two parties will put in place a regular information-sharing mechanism covering market demand forecasts, inventory levels, logistics capacity, and other relevant data, enabling more precise scheduling and inventory optimization while reducing capital tied up and the risk of supply disruptions.

• In the hospitality and travel sector, the two parties will leverage shared resources to co‑create a superior travel and lifestyle experience: by seamlessly integrating customers with service touchpoints, they aim to deliver a one‑stop, high‑quality lifestyle solution for Sinopec’s premium clientele, encompassing transportation, accommodation, and wellness.

• Promote integrated loyalty points and co‑branded marketing initiatives between “fuel products” and “cultural tourism,” enhancing customer retention and extending customer value: By establishing a cross‑platform membership benefits ecosystem, we seamlessly connect energy consumption with travel and lifestyle experiences, unlocking and sustaining long‑term customer value.

• By cross‑promoting premium products in the non‑fuel business, we are expanding our service offerings: the integration of Yuanzhou’s distinctive health‑and‑wellness products with Sinopec’s extensive distribution network will jointly pioneer a new retail model that blends “on‑site lifestyle hubs” with “hotel‑style experiential spaces.”

• Jointly advancing the development of new‑energy infrastructure, including charging stations, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage, to support the green and low‑carbon transition: this not only aligns with the nation’s “dual carbon” goals but also represents a key initiative for both parties to proactively shape the future energy ecosystem and fulfill their corporate social responsibilities.

This collaboration seamlessly integrates Sinopec’s strengths in energy security, station operations, and serving high-net-worth customers with Yuanzhou Group’s expertise in luxury hotel management, health-and-wellness services, and the silver‑economy sector. Many of Yuanzhou’s hotels are nestled amid renowned mountains and rivers, leveraging their distinctive “Close to E+1” service system and a seasoned management team to consistently deliver a premium experience that blends natural healing with leisure travel. By centering on energy security and travel‑retirement services, the two parties will drive cross‑industry integration and forge a new paradigm of coordinated development.

This strategic partnership goes beyond mere resource integration; it represents a joint exploration of future lifestyles. By leveraging each other’s strengths, the two parties will create a synergistic effect—where “1 + 1 > 2”—injecting new models and fresh momentum into the region’s high-quality economic development.
