Yuanzhou has consistently adhered to its “8020” talent strategy, advanced a distinctive six‑pillar talent development system, and continuously refined its mechanisms for sustainable talent management. At the same time, it is committed to forging strategic partnerships with universities, tirelessly striving to align with and explore new directions in talent cultivation under the evolving landscape.
At present, we have established stable cooperative relationships with more than 50 undergraduate and higher‑vocational institutions nationwide. We have provided internship and employment opportunities for over 1,000 interns, with collaborations spanning faculty training, curriculum reform, the development of internship‑employment bases, and targeted talent cultivation—adopting a multi‑dimensional approach. Our organization has been included in the Ministry of Education’s “Collaborative Education and Employment‑Driven Talent Development” project enterprise directory, thereby advancing the co‑creation of a robust tourism‑industry talent ecosystem.
Currently, we are jointly implementing targeted talent‑training programs with institutions such as Shanghai Institute of Tourism, Nanchong Vocational College of Culture and Tourism, Henan Agricultural Vocational College, and Jiaozuo Industrial and Commercial Vocational College, thereby ensuring a seamless link between education and employment. At the same time, we are actively promoting the development of educational resources: in collaboration with Jiaozuo Industrial and Commercial Vocational College, we have co‑authored the textbook “Tourism Accounting,” and together with Nanchong Vocational College of Culture and Tourism, we have jointly compiled the textbooks “Career Guidance for College Students” and “Hotel Service Etiquette,” contributing to the enhancement and upgrading of tourism‑related educational content.
Dual-channel development
Yuanzhou is committed to implementing a dual‑track talent development system to accelerate the building of a robust talent pipeline.

1. Conduct certification courses for kitchen management personnel.
Each year, we consistently conduct certification programs for head chefs and kitchen technical specialists to enhance the professional skills of our culinary staff. By implementing a tiered certification system, we foster the development of a robust talent pipeline in the kitchen, thereby establishing a distinctive Far East–style culinary talent‑development framework and advancing our dual‑track career‑development model for Far East personnel.
2. Organize a skills competition for Yuanzhou Tourism Services.
Every two years, Yuanzhou Hospitality hosts a service‑skills competition, inspiring frontline team members to showcase their professional expertise and exceptional professionalism. Yuanzhou remains committed to strengthening its core competencies and laying a solid foundation, embracing a relentless pursuit of excellence to drive innovative thinking and continuously refine its products and services. This skills competition serves as a platform for demonstrating and exchanging hotel‑industry craftsmanship and creative ideas, while also serving as a window that highlights the company’s and its teams’ distinctive image and spirit.
